Patrick is a dedicated certified personal trainer with over 14 years of experience in transforming lives

through fitness. As an athlete playing Lacrosse and Hockey, Patrick always worked out to stay in shape.

He became more focused on fitness after a personal struggle with being overweight and the desire to

lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. This transformation ignited a passion in him to empower others on

their fitness journeys. As a personal trainer, Patrick emphasizes the importance of nurturing a healthy

relationship with food, advocating for balanced, nourishing diets over restrictive eating patterns. He

believes in exercise as a sustainable lifestyle choice, not just a temporary solution.

Specializing in Strength, Conditioning, Stretching and Sports Performance. ISSA Certifications in:

Personal Training, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Recovery, Transformation Specialist

and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Patrick has worked with clients between the ages of 10 and 80. His

approach is tailored to help you seamlessly integrate fitness into your daily life. Patrick’s goals for all

clients, to help embark on a journey towards lasting health, where each step is a celebration of progress

and self-discovery.

He loves to cook and create meals that satisfy and help maintain a healthy lifestyle. An avid sports

enthusiast, the Michigan native loves Hockey, Football and Soccer.
