I’m Logan, a personal trainer honored to be at Chapter 1. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them transform their bodies, build meaningful strength, and improve their health in ways that actually last.

My own weight loss journey is what inspired me to begin coaching. I grew up as the “fat kid,” and I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck in your body. When I finally made the change for myself, I knew I wanted to help others do the same, without the gimmicks, quick fixes, or endless restarts.

My approach is simple: hard work, proven training, straightforward nutrition, and the education you need to maintain your results for life. I’ll make sure you understand the “why” behind what we do, inside and outside of the gym, so you can keep your progress long after we’re done working together.
